Avoid this company. My son booked a service to assemble a weight bench. The technician arrived without the correct tools and said he would return the next day.

The following day he claimed he attended and that no one was home. This is not true. I was in the house all day and no one knocked or rang the doorbell. My son is autistic and missed a phone call, which was then used as an excuse to say no one was in.

When we called the company we spoke to Christopher who was rude and dismissive and told us it would cost another £130 to send someone out again. This situation only happened because the technician arrived unprepared in the first place. They took the money, failed to deliver the service, then tried to charge again. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

As a first-time homebuyer, I was concerned when my survey indicated a Red rating for the roof that required further inspection. I contacted the service for clarity on the roof's condition and potential repair costs. They promptly scheduled an appointment, which initially gave me hope. However, the roofer who called on the day of the inspection stated that "the roof is fine" and provided minimal feedback—much less than the original survey and factually incorrect. A missing tile was noted in the survey, yet the inspector did not address it. Additionally, he neglected to inspect a flat roof area, claiming it was "too high," despite my specific inquiry about its condition. When I reached out for clarification, the response was that I had selected the wrong service and hadn't booked the correct type of survey, even though I had spoken with customer service under the impression they would conduct a comprehensive roofing assessment. Upon following up, there was no effort made to resolve the situation. I felt blamed for the misunderstanding, and there was zero initiative to rectify the problem. With many other surveys needed in this process, I’m relieved to have discovered the level of service I could expect before proceeding with further bookings. I was hoping for a reliable partner to assist me through the surveys and quotes, but I was left deeply disappointed.

Booking was straightforward, and I secured an appointment within 48 hours. The plumber notified me in advance of his arrival and successfully resolved a complicated issue with a running toilet. The toilet's design posed some challenges, but he tackled it with determination!

I experienced one of the worst service encounters imaginable, ultimately settling out of court after enduring months of shoddy workmanship and inadequate customer support. What should have been a simple kitchen task turned into a lengthy nightmare due to consistent poor quality. The same issues had to be addressed on three separate occasions, including multiple complete replacements of the countertop, as it was incorrectly installed each time. Throughout these failed attempts, my property suffered damage, including a valuable hob that cracked and needed replacement, along with damage to cabinetry and drawers, necessitating further repair work just to make the kitchen functional again. Even after numerous visits, the job remained incomplete, as the countertop did not fit properly with the hob and required additional adjustments. The disruption to my home and work life was severe. I went without water for several days, faced multiple instances without cooking facilities, and ultimately waited nearly two weeks for a hob replacement and installation. I had to take several days off work to accommodate repeated remedial visits and spent countless hours seeking responses, drafting emails, and trying to reach management. Customer service was horrendous. Despite numerous requests and promises for callbacks, I waited over eight weeks for any contact from management. Communication was incredibly poor, inconsistent, and dismissive throughout, adding more stress to an already intolerable situation. After months of chaos, damage, and unanswered correspondence, the issue was only resolved after I had to file a small claims court claim. Legal action was necessary, which should never have been the case. This ordeal caused immense stress, wasted time, and disruption to my home. I would strongly caution anyone considering this service to think very carefully, as my experience highlights significant concerns with workmanship, accountability, and customer care.

I paid over £100 for a boiler repair, but the technician spent less than 5 minutes inspecting it before insisting that a new one was necessary. He then quoted me over £4500 for a replacement and pressured me, both during the visit and the next day on the phone, claiming it was a great deal and assuring me that he would never overcharge customers. After conducting some research, I managed to get a new boiler installed by a different company for only £1600.

Formal complaint about the service received for my property.

I need to formally address the service I received for my property. An appointment for heating was initially scheduled incorrectly by the team, leading to significant delays. After listening to the call recording, the right technician was arranged, and I accepted an additional charge of £48. However, I unexpectedly received a £300 invoice, which was explained as being for an upcoming electrician visit—despite my clear confirmation that I would not be responsible for paying for an electrician after this charge. Your representative agreed to this.
An electrician was supposed to come on 19/12/2025 between 12–6pm, but no one showed up, leaving my tenants without heating. This includes a young child who is ill, making the situation intolerable.
I selected the service for its reliability, yet I have faced continual mistakes, miscommunication, unnecessary stress, and a total failure to fulfill the scheduled appointment.
I urgently request:
Immediate rescheduling of an electrician as a priority.
Assurance that no additional charges will be incurred.
A thorough investigation into the recurring booking errors and the failure to show up.
Please treat this matter with urgency due to the vulnerable occupants and the ongoing heating issue.
