I ordered gold from them thru wal mart.com . 500 dollars on a little gold bar as a gift. They didnt give me an option to pick who delivered it or to insure the package. Usps delivered it but I never received it. I spent 500 dollars wasn't given the option to insure it if I was given the option to insure my purchase of 500 dollars I would have, you would think since they chose the delivery company they would also insure their customers package . If you think they are going to do anything besides tell you after its marked delivered they have no liability. You would think since they didnt insure it or give an option to insure they would be more helpful but they could careless please give the customer an option to insure their package 500 dollars while not the end of the world it does sting and what if I bought more expensive stuff I would be out all that money is this how u treat all customers or do I need to spend more than 500 bucks to get treated like a real person .
