After searching far and wide and visiting several car sales companies we found Pinelodge Cars which was by far the best! They had a great range of cars and a great approach to sales, helping customers with good advice and no pressure!! When we eventually made a decision, Nick arranged for the car to be ready for collection very quickly. Bought a car from this company on finance car started going wrong after 4 months it was the lambda sensor was ignored as they didn't want to deal with it because it was gone past 30 days they couldn't provide any paper work to verify the work they said they had done car has since got worse and I have an ongoing dispute with the finance company and car is not fit for purpose have the ombudsman involved have been ignored by this company and blocked on email and phone DO NOT BUY FROM THEM they mislead people
We purchased a car for our 26 year old son. When it was delivered there was a faulty electrical boot lock. We contacted Josh. He had the car picked up and returned to us with a new lock fitted. He also offered a curtsey car , which was appreciated but we never accepted. I would highly recommend this garage and definitely use again.
I must say our car sale experience with pinelodge has been amazing, from the moment we walked through the door we were looked after by josh, he was such a friendly salesman, that made us feel at ease and certainly was not pushing sales on to us which was nice! They leave you to view the car alone and offer test drives out. Josh was very paitent with me after many, many questions I had to ask and nothing was too much mither,, the day we picked the car up went nice and smooth, nothing was too much to ask and I feel we were looked after well.
