I love it so far during the day I have it to 369 hz, and at night I prefer the theta at 7hz. I will not use the delta zone as my dreams were so memorable and vivid. As someone who doesn't dream a whole lot- I prefer the theta mode for nighttime.
I’ve been using the V2 for almost a month now and I’m genuinely impressed. I wasn’t sure what to expect, however after the very first night I've been experiencing a deeper and more restful sleep.Since then, I’ve been experimenting with different frequencies and can really feel the benefits. I take it with me everywhere now. The docking station is a game changer and I love the overall design. The little black reference card is especially helpful as a quick and easy guide.I’ve reached out to customer service a few times with questions and Nick has been fantastic- quick to respond, thorough and clearly very knowledgeable. It’s obvious they truly care about helping customers get the most out of the device.I’m planning to have a friend try it out to see if it can help with some symptoms they experience from chronic illness. With the trial period, there’s really nothing to lose if you’re curious. Highly, highly recommend!
Excellent customer service! Very quick to respond to questions. I have had this unit turned on almost every night since getting it in August. I have only charged it the one time when I first got it. There must be a tremendous battery in there!

So far, everything I’ve used the V2 for has only gotten worse not better. I’ve had it for three days. An example is, I put it on relationship harmony and five minutes later we got into a huge fight. Hopefully I start to experience a shift or I will have to return the device. Thanks for your response. I’m going to give it a couple weeks.
My local post office returned my machine because my street address was on the label instead of my PO Box. One of my life’s small stresses… I contacted Schumann and within hours they had returned my email with professionalism and humor. Within 24 hours they had shipped my machine back out with the PO Box on it and the tracking information. What a breath of fresh air to have impeccable customer service. This company does it right.
Definitely noticing a shift, wanting to keep the device around me. My only qualm is that I presume I had a bit of a healing reaction upon first getting it set up, as I has a few nights of terrible sleep and bad headaches. But nothing that a few extra glasses of water couldn't fix! Now I feel a lot better than I did before and have been sleeping better and enjoying the effects.
I feel well rested, I sleep through the night without waking up several times and I am not as stressed as I used to be. I placed it right next to me on my night stand and I do feel a shift on me. I'm going to buy another one for my mom and another for my office.
I love this little frequency square! The first night I had it I dialed in the sleep frequency and slept like a rock. I also used it during meditation and loved it. I’m an itinerant teacher and use this with my students who struggle with attention and it helps tremendously! Definitely worth it.
