Realised my battery was flat at home, with National Plus cover. We tried our jump leads ourselves but couldn’t resolve it. Reported it at 1pm on a Friday, someone arrived at 1:40pm, and after a jumpstart, the issue was fixed by 1:45pm! Very happy with the service.
