So im a streamer and stream alot of 7 days to die with twitch integration. Im not great with computers so everytime I have to add another streamer friend to my admin list I mess it up...I recently had to ask for help again and Francis was able to fix my mistakes and get everything right. He communicated with me and showed what I needed to do next time and how the code should look I hope ill get it next time but im confident that the tech support of ping players will help out if i need them. I've used other companies who charged more and cared less, with the others ive waited 12hrs to a day for a response, but ping players is usually within the hour or faster. Francis has helped me on multiple occasions and was able to help or fix the problem I was having everytime. With the great customer service ive received ill continue to use ping players for all my server needs in the future.
