The support team were very reliable and quick to response. Francis, Nicole, German and their whole support team was very clear and concise on their instructions and how-tos. I didn't felt left behind when it comes to setting up. Also, apart from all the hosting servers I have availed in the past, Pingplayers was the most optimized and has a support team that are very responsive.
