Ordered an item months ago. Never received it. I emailed "customer service" the response was that the item was delivered and asked me to check with neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered to them. It wasn't. I asked for a refund. They asked me to go to USPS to see about the item. Purely on curiosity, I did. USPS could not find the tracking. I emailed them back with the aforementioned information. No response. I emailed again, and again no response.
