I ordered two sea glass christmas trees…

I ordered two sea glass christmas trees at $29.99 each.I received what appear to be two plastic christmas trees with painted ends. They are absolute junk. I have requested a refund. First offer from them was $8, and I can return the trees but they would not pay the shipping. Second offer from them was $10 and I could keep the trees. I absolutely flat out refused. Each time I have asked for a full refund and am willing to pay the shipping to send them back. Now my offer is $12 refund. This is such a scam. I hope people on Facebook don't get sucked into buying from them.

Ordered 2 items and 3 weeks later…

Ordered 2 items and 3 weeks later nothing. Emailed them with response they are on vacation. Shows shipping origin from China but nothing on website says shipping from China and prolonged delivery date. Will didpute.

Ordered jewelry 11/13/2024

Ordered a ring, ear rings and a necklace on 11/13/2024 for the wife and just received notice today 01/21/2025 that it has been delivered. Haven't made it to mailbox yet to verify. That's ridiculous that it takes over 2 months for shipping. Sent email 12/16/2024 to customer service asking why haven't i received a tracking # yet & threated to call credit card & file a fraud claim. They replied on 12/17/2024 claiming carrier had not updated shipping. Then on 12/19/2024 received email that ordered had been retrieved & on 12/20/2024 ordered had shipped.Could have ordered the same items from Danbury, better customer service. Even temu & shein are about 2 to 3 weeks. If time is not an issue it would be ok I guess. Buyer beware.

Deceptive advertising

I purchased what was meant to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. Purchased on December 7 and I considered the purchase was early enough. Little did I know shipping originated from China. There was not one clue in their advertising that this would be an international purchase. It’s now January 15 and still waiting for the delivery. Needless to say I will never buy anything product from them.

Horrible "company"!

Ordered an item months ago. Never received it. I emailed "customer service" the response was that the item was delivered and asked me to check with neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered to them. It wasn't. I asked for a refund. They asked me to go to USPS to see about the item. Purely on curiosity, I did. USPS could not find the tracking. I emailed them back with the aforementioned information. No response. I emailed again, and again no response.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. Three weeks later and I have not received anything. Their tracking link does not work. They added a sneaky GST tax which is not showing when you checking out. The scamadvisor.com confirmed my suspicions. They are most likely somewhere in China and not the US. Stay clear.

This is a BIG SCAM. Do not order anything.Money was taken. Repeated check in's with them and they kept saying order was coming. Fake tracking number and suddenly it was delivered but then sent back to post office. DO NOT ORDER A THING.Latest email belowWe are so sorry for what happened.As we checked, your parcel has been returned by your local post office.What's more, this parcel will not be returned to our original warehouse, which means we can not receive the parcel neither.If you still want the product, we can resend your order, but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee. Added extra charges on payment for so-called “taxes”

Ordered an item and reviewed order and price before paying! Then when I made payment they snuck in an additional sales tax amount. This tax was exorbitantly large compared to our sales tax rate. This “false” tax should have been shown in item review NOT snuck in after payment.
