I placed a very large order, for a Special Family Celebration of Life Event.'I have an Angel in Heaven I call him/her'(with Name), Ordered 1/3/23, finally received 2/22/23. Only Partial of my order. Both boxes & Items were CRUSHED, beyond Repair!! The only way of Contact is through email!? I've informed this Company of the issue, sent Pictures of Proof. I've been told, they do not see the Dented Hard Plastic Ornaments as not able to be Repaired, by Myself! So will Not Replace the Extremely Damaged Items!?They said, I can remove the Flimsy Aluminum Top of theOrnaments, & press out the Severally Bent/Deeply Dented Hard Plastic Ornaments with My finger from the inside!! I'm a Senior, without the strength to do this, plus the small opening at the top, makes it impossible to reach. The Special Ornaments are so Badly Damaged, there's No way to be Repaired! They must be Replaced. I'm extremely Hurt by the treatment I'm receiving by PINKGENTLE.COM Shame on them for Not making this Huge Matter, Right!! 😢💔 This GRANDMA placed the Order for Our Family 🙏 LOSS of 'LIFE' of LOVED ones...Celebration of their LIVES, upcoming Event 😢💔We will now, Not have these,'Special Angel in Heaven'Ornaments, but paid a lot of Money to be Stuck with Unrepairable Extremely Damaged Items!! There's 5 more Deliveries to Complete my Order. I Pray they will arrive in Good Condition. I'm so Disappointed & feel taken advantage of!!
