I also wish I had seen these reviews before placing my order Dec 2, 2022 for keychains, token gifts for my grown children. Order never received! Emails with company infuriating! Now escalated to a claim with PayPal. Hoping I get my refund.My recommendation is to stay away from this fraudulent company!!!Finally received a refund through PayPal but that was a bad experience as well! Lesson learned, no purchases through Facebook ads and stick to my credit card as form of payment! 2/25/23
