My 11-year-old daughter saved her allowance for weeks to buy pink pajamas, as I refused to spend $90 on them. After only three wears and washes, the stitching began to unravel, and the ribbon tie on the shorts completely tore. I communicated with customer support but to no avail. They offered a $25 gift card as a goodwill gesture but refused any replacement, refund, or reasonable solution. They clearly do not care. The quality is poor. My daughter is very disappointed as it took her weeks to save for these. An expensive lesson learned. Trendy and pricey does not equal quality.
