Disappointing Experience with the Sweatshirt

My daughter was really looking forward to receiving this sweatshirt, but after she spilled a bit of soda on it, we've attempted every method to remove the stain, and nothing has worked. It's incredibly disappointing for an item that costs $90!

Disappointing support experience! It’s nearly impossible to receive any information since there’s no one available to assist. There’s no contact number, and I suspect email responses are automated, even after requesting more help. Expect long shipping waits that aren’t clearly communicated at the time of purchase. I won’t be buying again!

Dreadful customer support

Dreadful customer support! Good luck obtaining any information as there is no one available to assist you. There’s no phone number, and I suspect responses to emails are automated even after seeking further help. Expect to wait indefinitely for shipping, which isn’t made clear during the purchase process. I will not be buying again!

Issues with multiple orders

I placed three separate orders for Christmas pajamas, and the tracking indicated they were all together. When they arrived, the sizes were incorrect, and two sets were missing. I’ve been trying to contact them for over a week with no response!

If I could rate lower, I would. This has been the worst experience I’ve encountered. Customer support is non-existent. I paid extra for expedited shipping and still haven’t received my package. I will NEVER purchase from them again! Terrible service.

Package marked delivered but not received

My package was marked as delivered, but I never received it. I contacted customer support, and they told me that 'stolen packages are not our responsibility.' No refund, replacement, or assistance was offered. Not a good way to retain customers or run a business. I do not recommend.

Ordered pajamas for my 14-year-old. It took several weeks to arrive, and the bow was missing. It took 48 hours to reach customer support, who apologized but didn’t provide a timeframe for resolution. Be cautious.

Subpar quality and service

My 11-year-old daughter saved her allowance for weeks to buy pink pajamas, as I refused to spend $90 on them. After only three wears and washes, the stitching began to unravel, and the ribbon tie on the shorts completely tore. I communicated with customer support but to no avail. They offered a $25 gift card as a goodwill gesture but refused any replacement, refund, or reasonable solution. They clearly do not care. The quality is poor. My daughter is very disappointed as it took her weeks to save for these. An expensive lesson learned. Trendy and pricey does not equal quality.

Expect slow shipping

Very slow shipping. It’s clear that fast delivery is not a priority for this company. I ordered a $90 hoodie, and they quoted a 10-20 day arrival. Ridiculous and unacceptable. They need to improve.
