Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I saw a car online called them and agreed a deal including delivery. Part of the deal was I could pay part of the payment on my credit card. They said they normally only accept a maximum of £1000 on credit card, but after checking the sales representative agreed I could pay £3000, the balance by bank transfer.I held up my end of the agreement, paid £14,000 by bank transfer on the agreed day, tried to speak to call the sales representative 4 times to make the credit card payment only to be told late in the day, sorry we will only accept the £1000, you will have to pay the other £2000 by bank transfer. That left me scrabbling around trying to find the extra money, which fortunately I was able to do, but they broke our agreement. No one will accept a £3,000 telephone card payment they said, which is simply not true, there is no limit, they do have to pay fees tho, so I suspect they wanted to avoid that. That said, I love the car, I'd by another MG in a heartbeat but not from Pinkstones Used Cars.
