The car is good and was a fair price. However, the car was delivered late, because it wasn't sent for the MOT until the expected day of delivery, despite my telling them that there had been an advisory on the last MOT. Low and behold, the car then needed that exact advisory fixing. They told us that the car was ready, but someone had been sent home sick, so they could no longer deliver. When I said we could come and get it ourselves, the following day, that wouldn't be possible as they were too short staffed. Let's be honest, we all know the car wasn't ready. Makes you worry about what else they lie about and for that reason we would never use them again.Then there's the deposit payment... Asked 3 times to confirm the card number that the deposit was paid with, as they'd lost the details. Finally, the snarky comment during the last call, to AGAIN ask for the card number, was the final straw for leaving the review.
