Ordered 4 shirts for 2025 Christmas gifts on the BOGO. Three of the shirts were great, but one was of a poorer quality and fit. Contacted the company to let them know and was told that the shirt in question was one of the free ones and, as a result, there was no recourse. It could be just me, but isn't this a bizzare policy? In the order I am addressing, the other free shirt was great. Something is clearly wrong with this picture, or someone on the team who handles quality issues hasn't read the "love it or return it" warranty.
