Ordered a stout and an IPA which both arrived a few days later, but no sign of the free machine. !! It took a while to get through the Ai bot based live chat system, but eventually managed to speak to "Gabriella" who swiftly did what was needed, free Pinter 3 now on its way and subscription set up all done via live chat with the No1. Employee “Gabriella" The only issue I didn’t like was the length o time it took to speak to a human, after initiating a live chat via the support system . (In working hours in the UK) Other than that, amazing, especially with the efficient nature that “Gabriella” dealt with my problem
