I ordered my husband boots for Christmas from Pinto Ranch. They arrived quickly and I was pleased. However the boots were too large and so we followed the return policy as required. That was December 29th. We did not receive a refund within a week or two of the return. We reached out by email and phone calls but no response. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. They began the dispute. Today I received another notification from Pinto Ranch saying I was past the date to have a refund. I searched the site for another contact number which I found and called. Asia Cox answered and finally I had a voice on the other end of the line. Asia was wonderful. She listened and said that she believed she could get this resolved and said she would call back with answers. I just received her call and she resolved the issue and once my credit card company releases the dispute I will receive the refund. Asia as well said that she would follow up once that happened. This woman deserves a bonus or promotion. She acted professionally, cared about my situation and did all she could to help. I am more than pleased with her. I hope Pinto Ranch recognizes and rewards her service. The three stars is for the lack of response thru the email and phone calls. I rate Asia Cox with 5 stars.
