Ordered a pair of Black Jack boots. They had quality control issues. I got the next pair in, and they had even more issues after they assured me they would check the boots before sending. The welt was separating, they had scars all over, the soles had wear, stitching going past the pull loops into the shaft, etc. Steer clear.

I ordered my husband boots for Christmas from Pinto Ranch. They arrived quickly and I was pleased. However the boots were too large and so we followed the return policy as required. That was December 29th. We did not receive a refund within a week or two of the return. We reached out by email and phone calls but no response. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. They began the dispute. Today I received another notification from Pinto Ranch saying I was past the date to have a refund. I searched the site for another contact number which I found and called. Asia Cox answered and finally I had a voice on the other end of the line. Asia was wonderful. She listened and said that she believed she could get this resolved and said she would call back with answers. I just received her call and she resolved the issue and once my credit card company releases the dispute I will receive the refund. Asia as well said that she would follow up once that happened. This woman deserves a bonus or promotion. She acted professionally, cared about my situation and did all she could to help. I am more than pleased with her. I hope Pinto Ranch recognizes and rewards her service. The three stars is for the lack of response thru the email and phone calls. I rate Asia Cox with 5 stars.
Be very wary of this company. They will not return emails. I asked for the one day 25% discount since my order was not delivered yet. No replies. Now that I have my orders, I need to return one that I paid the extra $4 for returns. No replies. Worst customer service I've ever encountered. I think the BBB needs involved. Disgusting. Go elsewhere for your overpriced western items. I will follow up with my review if and when Pinto ranch bothers to reply and .. I get my return credit.
Ordered online and paid extra for free unlimited returns. Received a too small, stained/ damaged Stetson hat. Returned immediately. Two weeks after returned hat was delivered to Pinto Ranch, they still had not shipped a replacement nor issued a refund despite almost DAILY calls placed by me to customer service. FINALLY, customer service rep confirmed there was no replacement available "but the person responsible for issuing refunds was out sick so they couldn't refund my purchase. " Filed a dispute with PayPal. Now PR is saying that they are unable to refund my purchase due to the dispute, which is nonsense. I even emailed step by step instructions copy and pasted from paypal to the seller. Seller is not responding to inquiries from PayPal and is no longer responding to my emails. It's been over a month and they're still refusing to refund my purchase despite being unable to fulfill my order. They owe me nearly $180.00. I will never purchase from them again.
Ordered some boots and called beforehand to make sure I was ordering the correct size. They were helpful and gave me accurate information. The boots shipped fairly quickly and fit perfect.Overall, I’m pleased and will recommend them in the future.
Bought two shirts, $188.00 which were supposed to be 54/56 inch chest ( 3xl ) but they actually came out at 60 inch+ chest with an arm length fit only for an Orangutang. Thought it would be an easy task to make contact via Customer Services and or the email address and just for good measure their chat line and ask if I could exchange them for a more appropriate size ! Not difficult ! Well not if anybody replies, but nobody ever does ! Terrible terrible terrible customer service but nice shirts, if only they fitted !
