I encountered the worst customer service ever. I ordered two dresses but only received one. After contacting them via email, I received no response until weeks later, when they sent both dresses. I didn't want them, so I requested a refund but was told I could only receive store credit. Why would I want credit from a company that mishandled my order? Now I have three dresses I don’t want, and the quality is subpar. Paying $150 for a flimsy dress is absurd, and I regret not researching them beforehand. Avoid this company unless you're willing to lose your money.
