Having been a customer for 20 years, I am disappointed by the decline in quality since the pandemic. I still wear items from a decade ago, but the current clothing barely lasts a season. I faced issues with multiple orders, including receiving the wrong items and poor sizing. The quality of new dresses is noticeably inferior, and customer service is unresponsive. I used to look forward to new collections, but now I feel let down. The excitement is gone.
