I ordered 3 items. One of the items arrived one week later, but the other 2 items were missing. I email customer service and asked if the items did not arrive b/c they were out of stock. I was told they would ship soon and they did not state out of stock . Then 2 weeks after that I received one more item. I email them again stating one more item is still missing and then they tell me the item is out of stock. It has now been one more week and still no refund for the out of stock item. Emailing back and forth with customer service was horrible. They are slow to respond and give vague answers. I am still waiting for my refund for the out of stock item that I had ordered over one month ago.
