Steer clear of this service. I ordered two pipe reducers and two nipples with a promised 2-3 day delivery. The nipples arrived ten days late, and when I inquired about the reducers, I was told they couldn't fulfill the order. I emailed to cancel but received a reply saying the rest would arrive later that day, which they never did. After complaining and canceling, I was informed that a restocking fee would be deducted. Ultimately, I kept the nipples and canceled the reducers that they couldn't supply, and I never received a refund for the delivery charge. This company is dishonest and uses tactics to prevent cancellations. Consider this a warning.
