I placed an order for two freestanding clothes rails on 6 December 2025, expecting this to be a straightforward purchase. Unfortunately, it has been anything but.I was given three separate delivery dates, none of which were met, and no delivery ever arrived. Attempts to get help via the website’s web chat were unsuccessful. I then phoned the shop directly, only to be told they could not locate my order. I was later informed that the courier had lost it and that the order would be resent.Several days later, I finally received a delivery. However, the order should have arrived in three parcels, and only two were delivered. Once again, no one could tell me where the third parcel was. The courier used was FedEx.On a Friday afternoon, I phoned Pipedreams Furniture and was told they would contact FedEx and call me back. No call was received. Despite the website stating the business is open at weekends, I received no response. I then had to personally visit FedEx to enquire about my missing parcel.When I contacted Pipedreams Furniture again on the Monday to explain the situation, staff appeared unaware of the issue and had no record of my Friday call. I was then told that my delivery would arrive on Tuesday, 23 December. Once again, nothing arrived, and there was no follow-up or communication from Pipedreams Furniture.I have now informed them that if my full order is not delivered by tomorrow, I will be requesting a full refund.This is without question the worst customer service and delivery experience I have ever had. It is particularly disappointing, as I am in the process of furnishing a large new-build home and this could have led to significant future business. After this experience, however, that is no longer an option.
