I ordered two advent calendars from this company. The product photos and descriptions were extremely misleading. When they arrived, the 'miniature bottles' were just flat plastic decorations, and the text was hard to read. They were overpriced and not worth it at all. The return process has been a major hassle. Do not buy from this site!
I ordered two advent calendars from this company, and the product photos and descriptions were very misleading. The calendars I received had tiny flat plastic decorations, not the bottles I expected. They were priced at £25.00 each but are worth less than £5.00. I suspect any positive reviews here are from employees or friends trying to improve ratings. Stay away from this site!
I ordered 3 advent calendars. I tried to cancel the orders by following their instructions that stated must be cancelled within 24 hours…. I cancelled 3 hours after ordering. Total scam they would not cancel, fraudulent company, false untruthful discriptions wasted $108.00, trying to get refund thru my bank. Do Not Order from this company. FESTIVE SCAMMERS...an absolute disgrace! This is false advertising on another level. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS EXTREMELY DUBIOUS COMPANY!!! I wish I had visited here before handing over my hard earned cash! $230AUD!!! I paid with PayPal who have wiped their hands of me. They do not consider what I received was significantly different from what I ordered! What a joke! I have lost a lot of faith with them as well! All 3 advent calendars which were advertised and I presumed as being small bottles of alcohol that were opened each day in December, were actually very small cheap plastic cut outs of a picture of a bottle of alcohol! No way would I even contemplate spending $50AUD on an advent calendar like that, as nobody would. The bottle of 'Jameson's Whiskey' which I had bought as a Xmas present was actually a small plastic bottle which was empty! Who would intentionally buy an empty bottle of whiskey for $50? It's not even glass or ceramic! The Lord of the Rings cup was pictured as being the same design as the bottle which I had bought as part of the same Christmas present. It is nothing like the picture of it. No one would consider spending $30AUD on something you could buy elsewhere for $10AUD maximum. What a scam!
This company is absolutely rubbish you dont get what you ordered on the picture or description,ive paid £78 for 2 panda teddies which look like they are from the poundshop and it dont do anything which it is supposed to,I have been in contact the company for weeks trying to sort this problem out,I was told to arrange a tracked return which I had to pay £10 for,they have asked me to send them proof of the tracking number and proof of the receipts which I have done and they are still proving to be difficult to work with when all I want is my money back as these was supposed to be presents for people for Christmas,there's only 2 reviews on there website but you can't see the full reviews as it dont allow you to click on there,I dont think this is a legitimate company and is conning people out of money by selling fake counterfeit goods,this company/website needs to be shut down asap good nose how much money they have been ripping people off with
