After my parcel went missing in the post i have received nothing but brilliant customer care from MORI. It wasn't there fault my parcel went missing but they have swiftly sorted it that i get another sent to myself and have gone above and beyond to ensure i am happy and to do their upmost that my parcel doesn't get lost again. I highly recommend and i am excited to receive my item when it arrives.

Absolutely first class customer service and a company that deserves all the success in the world. They have great prices. Incredibly fast delivery and when you need their customer service they could not be more helpful. The customer service from Mori was excellent. Unfortunately, my parcel wasn't delivered originally, due to the delivery company, but Mori went above and beyond to ensure that the parcel arrived quickly and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
