Worst Customer Service and Misleading Subscription

This has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. The company claimed that I signed up for a subscription and charged my card, but there was no indication of any active subscription in my account. If there had been, I would have canceled it immediately. Customer service was unwilling to cancel or resolve the issue.When the order finally arrived, I received tea bags instead of the loose-leaf tea I ordered. On top of that, their customer service is extremely difficult to reach — calling only allows you to leave a message, and no one ever calls back.I do not recommend buying from this company due to poor communication, billing issues, and lack of customer support.
