I received my tea very promptly and I very impressed with packaging and shipping .the tea is neatly packaged in simple mesh bags..the flavor is awesome and I will be re-ordering in the future
Like the other reviewers here, I found PiPi Tea to be misleading at best, and an outright scam at worst. They sign you up for an automatic monthly subscription without your knowledge and when you attempt to cancel, they tell you that your order has already been fulfilled and cannot be cancelled; then, it doesn’t actually ship for another week or more. On top of that, I did not like their tea; to me, it tasted like dirty straw from a horse barn.
Do not use PayPal if you purchase from them, because the unauthorized monthly subscription will automatically charge any cards that you have active on PayPal.
The best way to get a response is to file a billing dispute with your credit card company after you have tried to work out a cancellation and refund from PiPi Tea first. Always use email so that you have proof of your attempts to get results from them. You can also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau or consumer protection agency in your state.
The best way to protect yourself is to not do business with this company.

They do send a product….a month late after I tell them to cancel and then they start sending auto renewal and charging my card and refuse to give me return information. Do not do business with them. And a bot answers your emails to their support email. There is no phone number. Beware!!!!!!
Less than 1 star!!! It is a scam!!!! They will steal your money, won't respond until it ships, refuse to cancel, then they have crazy demands to send it back to them, and then MAYBE you will get your money back. OH YA, and they will sign you up for a subscription you can't see or change or cancel and screw you over again the next month!!!! Lawsuit!!!
This has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. The company claimed that I signed up for a subscription and charged my card, but there was no indication of any active subscription in my account. If there had been, I would have canceled it immediately. Customer service was unwilling to cancel or resolve the issue.When the order finally arrived, I received tea bags instead of the loose-leaf tea I ordered. On top of that, their customer service is extremely difficult to reach — calling only allows you to leave a message, and no one ever calls back.I do not recommend buying from this company due to poor communication, billing issues, and lack of customer support.
Like the other reviewers I got SCAMMED with their “cancel anytime policy”. Can’t get it cancelled even though they say it’s cancelled. Then, surprise!, another package and another charge. DO NOT BUY from this company. And it’s 60$ a pop!
I ordered the tea and paid for expedited delivery. Two weeks later the tea hadn’t been shipped. Sent email and was supposed to get refund for the $9.99 shipping fee. Then about a month later I get notice of another shipment. I did not order. Through email I was told because I took a discount I signed up for auto ship. I have sent 3 emails, left 2 voicemails as no one answers the phone. Still have not received confirmation that auto ship has been cancelled per my request. I paid for the second order but do not want to continue.
I placed an order with Pipi tea but you had to agree to a subscription which they state you can cancel anytime. I have been to the website and under my account it doesn't let me cancel the subscription only buy again. I have sent an email to their support team but haven't heard back. While the tea is pleasant I'm not sure it does all they claim it does but very frustrating they make it so difficult to manage a subscription. You should be able to cancel it easily on the website.
