I placed an order with Pipi tea but you had to agree to a subscription which they state you can cancel anytime. I have been to the website and under my account it doesn't let me cancel the subscription only buy again. I have sent an email to their support team but haven't heard back. While the tea is pleasant I'm not sure it does all they claim it does but very frustrating they make it so difficult to manage a subscription. You should be able to cancel it easily on the website.
