Like the other reviewers here, I found PiPi Tea to be misleading at best, and an outright scam at worst. They sign you up for an automatic monthly subscription without your knowledge and when you attempt to cancel, they tell you that your order has already been fulfilled and cannot be cancelled; then, it doesn’t actually ship for another week or more. On top of that, I did not like their tea; to me, it tasted like dirty straw from a horse barn.
Do not use PayPal if you purchase from them, because the unauthorized monthly subscription will automatically charge any cards that you have active on PayPal.
The best way to get a response is to file a billing dispute with your credit card company after you have tried to work out a cancellation and refund from PiPi Tea first. Always use email so that you have proof of your attempts to get results from them. You can also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau or consumer protection agency in your state.
The best way to protect yourself is to not do business with this company.
