I recently received a wallet that arrived yesterday from overseas. Unfortunately, I was informed about an $81 duties fee for a $117 wallet. I attempted to reach customer service via email, live chat, and WhatsApp. My family member also called the support number. The representative advised her not to pay the duties and to send an email (which I did twice). Now, I have 4 days to pay the duties or the item will be returned! How can I contact customer service if they aren't responding to emails? Update: I received an email stating they are addressing the issue, but DHL continues to demand payment within 48 hours or they will return the item. The issue remains unresolved. Update: The problem is still not fixed. My product is still with DHL. I received an email saying they will handle it, but no further details were given. This has been my worst customer service experience.
