A loyal fan impressed by excellent support

I've always been a supporter of the company, but I was surprised to find my favorite suitcase damaged after just a few flights. This seemed unusual for such quality, so I reached out to the support team. I was fortunate that a representative took care of my case! She showed great passion for her work and the brand. She thoroughly investigated the issue and offered a replacement. I am truly thankful for such a wonderful and personalized approach to customer service. While I haven't received the replacement yet, it's set to ship within 2–3 days. This experience has only strengthened my trust in the brand. I highly recommend the company for their fantastic products and, more importantly, their outstanding service!

Terrible customer service!

I recently received a wallet that arrived yesterday from overseas. Unfortunately, I was informed about an $81 duties fee for a $117 wallet. I attempted to reach customer service via email, live chat, and WhatsApp. My family member also called the support number. The representative advised her not to pay the duties and to send an email (which I did twice). Now, I have 4 days to pay the duties or the item will be returned! How can I contact customer service if they aren't responding to emails? Update: I received an email stating they are addressing the issue, but DHL continues to demand payment within 48 hours or they will return the item. The issue remains unresolved. Update: The problem is still not fixed. My product is still with DHL. I received an email saying they will handle it, but no further details were given. This has been my worst customer service experience.

Exceptional product quality

Their products are of outstanding quality and durability. I've been using a laptop bag for over seven years, and it still looks new. The only issue was that the shoulder strap pad wore out from daily use, but I got it replaced at no cost through customer support. Kudos to the service team as well!
