I have a very nice leather laptop bag of which one of the locks broke. After contacting Piquadro's customer service, they sent me a new set of locks (without any charge) to my house address. I am pleased to be able to use my laptop bag again and very gratefull for the service they provided. I certainly will keep that in mind when buying another bag or suitcase. Thank you Piquadro!
