The app is free. It's well built, has an abundance of features, and provides really good discounted shipping rates. I've been using Pirateship for years and don't know what I'd do without it. I print my own labels at home and submit requests with the shipping carriers to pick up my packages. I never go to the post office or UPS store anymore. The times when I had a question, the staff were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. A real game changer!
