I have used Pirate Ship for several years and have never regretted it. Over time, I’ve saved hundreds of dollars, both on domestic and international shipments. It has also been invaluable for my business operations. My sewing staff can ship items directly to me without having to visit the post office or pay shipping costs upfront, eliminating the need for reimbursements and saving significant time.

I have been a customer of Pirate Ship for a few years now. They are the best shipping company I could dream of. I found them at a point that I was being asked to pay a monthly fee from my current provider and I had just discovered that I was paying a higher USPS rate than if I had used Pirate Ship. So it was a no brainer. They have a really cool reports page for all of us data geeks. I have shipped 3,602 packages costing $40,835.90.
Pirate Ship is super easy to use, I can connect it to my Etsy account. Their international shipping costs a fraction of what it would if I went with USPS. After years of paying $10 - $12 for UPS pickups I recently discovered that they charge only $6 for same day pickups.
But I saved the best for last. Their customer service rocks. They are easy to get ahold of, easy to communicate with, problems get solved immediately. Working with Pirate Ship is not like working with huge mega corporations.
I frequently refer people to Pirate Ship when I see them talking about excess fees and costs with other providers. I've yet to see anyone ever say that they've left Pirate Ship for another company.

Pirate Ship offers excellent postage rates and has a very user-friendly platform. Updates are fast, and the tracking system is timely and reliable. It makes my shipments easy and efficient to manage at my finger tips. Highly recommend - definitely recommend if your goal is to save $
I have been using Pirate Ship for 10 years plus. I love this business. They began small but now are larger and what I love? They maintain the same relaxed and personal support--if they ever go to AI I will be disappointed--right now--I love these guys. Oh, and it's inexpensive too! Helps my small publishing business a lot.
I use Pirate Ship to send packages via USPS and it has always saved me money over walking a package into the post office to mail it. If you have the ability to print your own labels, Pirate Ship is the way to go. I've never had a problem using this service.
I recommend Pirateship for any small business shipping. The rates are the lowest available, and it is easy to use. It gives you the rates to ship via USPS & UPS using any of their shipping options. I have only needed to use customer service once, and I was treated well. Pirateship also informs me when a rate increase is coming. I have used them since May 2020, and have zero complaints. I've used Pirate Ship for years and loved it. Every other shipping platform was more expensive and more complicated than Pirate Ship. I don't need all the bells and whistles that other platforms offer and I prefer it that way. It works better for me and my business. Their prices and shipping options are great and the very few times I've had an issue where I needed to contact customer support they were friendly and helpful. Plus, gotta love the pirate talk.
I have been an online seller on one of the internets largest selling sites and shipping costs are way out of hand if going direct to USPS, UPS, FedEx, Etc.
