My experience with PitBet has been very disappointing overall.
The platform shows several technical issues, especially regarding withdrawals, bonus management, and bet settings control. The system does not seem stable or transparent enough when it comes to managing active bonuses and tracking wagering requirements.
The biggest issue I faced was related to a withdrawal. I was unable to withdraw a certain amount of money because the site claimed I had an active bonus. However, there was no visible indication anywhere in my account dashboard or bonus section showing that any bonus was active. This lack of transparency is very concerning, as users should always be able to clearly see their bonus status and any restrictions applied to their funds.
Customer service is also highly unreliable. The live chat support redirects you to email in about 90% of cases, without actually resolving the issue. Email support, on the other hand, replies to roughly one out of three messages. This makes it extremely difficult to get assistance when facing urgent account or withdrawal problems.
Overall, my experience has been frustrating due to technical shortcomings, poor communication, and lack of transparency regarding bonus policies. I would advise potential users to be cautious before depositing money on this platform.
I've been trying to withdraw funds for weeks, but every time it gets canceled after 24 hours. When I reach out to the support team, they always provide different excuses and just tell me to send an email, which goes unanswered.
Really poor customer service tried to close my account with online chat but they said I had to email. 20 emails and 1 week later still no reply.customer online chat apparently can't close the account but said they will inform the 'appropriate team' 10 times.still my account is open!!!
I have to say the platform itself is nice. But I couldn’t get any of my winning money out, as the requirements of fullfilling the possibility to get my money out, changed untill they ran me tired. Can’t recommend this to anyone, Unless you want to loose money, and just have fun!
Do not use this website. Constantly reject withdrawals time and time again. Chat is a waste of time. Emails a waste of time. When you win they will add a bonus mid spin and then claim you need to wager 30x the bonus. Won’t stop the bonus so can withdrawal real money. Keep away. TOTAL SHIT WEBSITE
This is the biggest scam ever. When you win and try to make a withdrawal, all your withdrawal requests get rejected without any explanation. When you try to contact support via live chat, they kick you out and block you from writing again. These scammers don’t even reply to emails.I've only had a few withdrawals approved, and only for small amounts like €200–€300. Every single attempt to withdraw larger sums — and I've tried over 30 times for amounts of several thousand euros — was REJECTED.On top of that, there are betting issues where a tennis player retires mid-match and my bet is voided even when my player was winning. But in other cases, when my player retires, the bet is counted as a loss. What a joke. Absolute clowns.I honestly hope they get a taste of their own medicine and feel what it's like to be scammed — just like they scam others. All of their good reviews are FAKE.
I requested closer of my acount due to gambling addiction they did not do this I end up wasting more money had 900 pounds on there and I new it be a problem so requested right away they did not do this and I lost more money. After the 900 went I requested closer again they repeated and made the same mistake and lost another 100 4 days later they finally closed the acount terrible experience never had this issue with any site in last and I now stoped gambling but they should of sorted something more urgent. Scam website. Won 6k on sport betting. They sneakily added a bonus and now say I must meet wagering requirements before I can withdraw. Customer support say I have to send an email but have been waiting for over a week for a reply. Same promises from customer support saying I will get an email in 24 hours. Steve, Louis, John, Anna, Bruce, Maria, I have spoken to them all but they are not bothered. Avoid at all costs you will never see a penny!!! I cannot believe I have lost 6k.
