I requested closer of my acount due to gambling addiction they did not do this I end up wasting more money had 900 pounds on there and I new it be a problem so requested right away they did not do this and I lost more money. After the 900 went I requested closer again they repeated and made the same mistake and lost another 100 4 days later they finally closed the acount terrible experience never had this issue with any site in last and I now stoped gambling but they should of sorted something more urgent. Reached out to live chat someone called Jack who did nothing for me and taken over 10 emails for them to actually close the acount down. I lost money because of this and they was fully awhere.
