Complete waste of money. Avoid this type of smoker. When I need it to work, it fails. I’m done with this brand for good. Customer support was not very helpful either. It seems to have issues in cold weather. Last year, I ordered a replacement part and fixed it. I used it a few times over the summer, but now that it's cold again, it has failed me once more. I'm finished.
