This smoker has major flaws. The pellet hopper is not waterproof. If you have some experience, you know it will rain at some point. I live in a region where it rains daily during warmer months. A full hopper of pellets gets wet, causing jams in the auger, which leads to a lengthy cleanup process. It's frustrating that you can't keep it under a patio roof without getting soot everywhere. I reached out to the support team, but they had no solution. It's better to invest in a more reliable smoker.
