What a waste of money. Avoid this type of smoker. When I need it to function, it fails. I'm finished with this brand for good. The customer support was not helpful either. It appears to have problems in cold weather. I ordered a replacement part last year and fixed it, but now that it's cold again, it has let me down once more. I'm done.
