On contacting Pitney Bowes I was not impressed1) I was told at 9am that an engineer would call within 90 minutes - 2)at 2.40pm I had to ring again !! again nothing happened.3)I rang one of the engineers who check to see what is happening.Matt Lake (engineer) rang me arranged a time. He was here on time and fixed the franking machine. He was polite, professional and extremely helpful.
