My purchase of the PitPat Tracker was excellent with good communication and speedy dispatch and delivery.
My only complaint is that there were no written instructions for setting up the Tracker in the box and it wasn’t clear when I tried to find instructions online although I did learn how to set up the location using the pad enclosed in the box.
I did find it easy to connect my dog to the Tracker when I opened the PitPat app but this wasn’t apparent when I received the Tracker and I would have liked written instructions so it was clear what I needed to do from the getgo.
