Pitpat sound good value when you consider that there is no ongoing subscription cost. However, our tracker failed after less than 10 months. They replaced it and Pitpat are so confident in the reliability of their products that they then stated that our replacement would only have 2 months warranty to meet the original 12 month warranty for our original purchase. If the replacement fails then we will enforce UK consumer law to get them to respect our consumer rights. Such a shame that a company will force you to threaten legal enforcement before they comply with consumer rights.
