Review Time
I interacted with three representatives, and they gave me incorrect information about purchasing health insurance that included life insurance, which I didn't want. My bank account was charged incorrectly without my consent, and I'm working on getting that reversed. They did manage to reduce the cost of my daughter's health policy, but only after a long phone call. Additionally, the call center environment was noisy due to other agents, which was quite distracting.
It was an easy process, but when I tried to submit my application & payment using a mobile device, it did not work. I would press "Submit," and nothing would happen. I even exited and retried the entire thing again. I then tried on a computer and it worked fine. I am not sure if it was a one-off issue, but if Pivot Health is aware of this, they should include a disclaimer advising users to use a desktop.
This place is a fraud. The agent had me on line for over an hour to learn that I did not qualify for no more than 4 months of short term insurance. I told her that. She did not know anything or what she was doing. Was supposed to provide me information but she must have been ashamed to follow back up. They never responded.
