I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this company’s conduct. For months, I have been charged repeatedly despite not having an active subscription. Each time I contact customer support, I receive an apologetic email assuring me that they are “very sorry” and that the issue will not happen again — yet the unauthorized charges continue to appear again and again.At this point, I no longer know who to turn to. My next steps will be to file formal complaints through both consumer protection authorities and legal channels. In my view, repeatedly charging my credit card without my explicit consent constitutes fraud and a serious breach of trust.It is especially upsetting to discover that many other customers have reported experiencing the exact same issue for months. A company handling payment information has a responsibility to act transparently and responsibly, and this ongoing situation shows a complete failure to do so.I strongly urge anyone considering this service to proceed with caution until the company takes real accountability and permanently resolves these billing practices.
