I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this company’s conduct. For months, I have been charged repeatedly despite not having an active subscription. Each time I contact customer support, I receive an apologetic email assuring me that they are “very sorry” and that the issue will not happen again — yet the unauthorized charges continue to appear again and again.

At this point, I no longer know who to turn to. My next steps will be to file formal complaints through both consumer protection authorities and legal channels. In my view, repeatedly charging my credit card without my explicit consent constitutes fraud and a serious breach of trust.

It is especially upsetting to discover that many other customers have reported experiencing the exact same issue for months. A company handling payment information has a responsibility to act transparently and responsibly, and this ongoing situation shows a complete failure to do so.

I strongly urge anyone considering this service to proceed with caution until the company takes real accountability and permanently resolves these billing practices.

Unauthorized charges despite repeated requests to cancel

This company has charged my account multiple times even though I have clearly and repeatedly told them that I do not want any of their subscriptions, apps, or services.I have several emails proving that I asked for everything to be cancelled, yet they continued to withdraw money without my approval. This feels like an attempt to sneak charges through and hope they go unnoticed.Completely unacceptable behavior. Be very careful.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. Somehow they set up 2 different accounts despite me closing the account and still charged me $40usd. There is no way to cancel the account and customer service is ai. I am taking this up with my bank for a chargeback. Do not trial this nonsense, it’s rubbish.

Don't touch this app.

Yeah, you can't get out of it. I've emailed and emailed, which is the only way you can communicate with them, and they continue to take $40 per month out. Don't touch this app. It's not worth it.

Terrible! I can’t get an answer from the email they provide and asked to cancel in the 7 day free cancellation period. Nothing works this is a huge scam. How did people get their money back, via that email they provide?

Can I give it a ZERO? Terrible.

Can I give it a ZERO? What a scam. Sign up for a free trial, try to cancel and there's no chance. $39.98 a month. When you log on, and finally get to your subscription and try to cancel, it says "Unable to Process. Try Again Later."

Total scam. They continue billing without any prior notice of renewal and refuse refunds.

DO NOT SIGN UP - I’m STILL having £30 taken out of my bank WEEKLY & they won’t stop my subscription. I’ve emailed & no response! It’s theft!!

The product is rubbish and the company are crooks

The product is not only rubbish, but the company then took subscription money from my account after I cancelled it. I followed all the necessary steps to cancel my subscription; steps which are made very difficult to identify, which no doubt helps them avoid losing customers after the free trial. And yet still they took money and refused to engage with me to sort out the issue. Scammers.
