The good:- Print is nuclear excellent from the quality perspective. Absolutely top!- PayPal works great- Delivery on time without problemsThe bad: - the Web user interface. No way to change the background (or at least no idea how to). Simply clicking on it doesn't help. - Pictures cannot be scaled keeping the same frame width, say picture is tall and cropped, so I want to scale it to fit the frame and fill the rest with my preferred background.- Sloppy and slow. So desktop app is probably better, if it would work at all (see below)The ugly:- the desktop software simply fails on Linux Ubuntu 20.04 LTS though. It starts fine, but then doesn't really work, e.g. creating an album is not possible: blank white screen. The fonts in the app are microscopic.- The installation of the app is... ahhhh!! aaaahhh!!! aaaaahhh!!! who does this!!! Jesus!! Maria!!
