Forgot to pay the bill, without a single warning they immediately send a collection agency on the 31st day to collect the money quite aggressively with a fee on top of 55 CHF. They could have just let me know I forgot to pay, and I would have done that. This does not show good service to the client.

Where is my order? Order Delays – Feedback

I would like to share some feedback about my recent experience. I ordered a simple calendar and, almost two weeks later, I still haven’t received the product. The customer service email responses have been prompt and polite, though not detailed enough to give me a clear idea of what is happening with the order.It would be very helpful to clarify from the beginning that certain countries —such as Liechtenstein— are not included in the delivery options. I also noticed that the application has some issues loading images, and some text seems to change automatically, which makes it difficult to finalize the design correctly.I trusted the service to prepare a special gift, and although the outcome wasn’t as expected this time, I hope these comments can serve as an opportunity for improvement.

Did a calendar- easy to use the app! Then I made the mistake of sending it to the wrong address - this was fixed in no time. Courteous quick response from customer service. I will use Pixum again - delighted by the experience! 🙌

Got scammed

Ordered a black phone case, received a white one. Despite providing them with proofs (including bill!) of their mistake, and despite they do mention they see "white" in their data (it's clearly mentioned "black" in the bill), they refuse to do a full refund or replacement of the product.TO BE AVOIDED!!!

Sometimes you forget how much more valuable pictures are when it’s printed instead of having it on a screen… this was my first time ordering and the prices are reasonable and shipping was fast I’m absolutely going to use their services again and I can’t wait to order more memories! I was hoping for better quality photos but overall fantastic! Very happy 😍

Customer service generated by AI is not customer service!

You can only see the delivery date AFTER payment. Since I ordered on the 10th, I hoped to get it by the 14th, 4 days should be enough. When I paid, it said between December 14 and 16. Guess which date was chosen when I received the email confirming the order....Ruined the birthday present. Customer service created by AI.....This review is worth more than their customer service because it was created by a human being.I will not use pixum again. Local stores in my city are cheaper and faster.
