Our trip to West Wales was a major letdown. The atmosphere was chaotic with noisy children everywhere. The app's ordering system was overly complex, and it quickly became frustrating, despite being necessary for deals. The pizza we received was dreadful, and the side orders, especially the dough balls, were unappetizing. We felt ripped off, especially with cold coffee included. We paid £65 for three poorly prepared pizzas, four drinks, and two disappointing side dishes, even with one pizza being free. The nearby playground could have been enjoyable, but the noise from the kids ruined the dining experience.
