We visited a restaurant at Cribbs Causeway and encountered several issues. The disabled access button was out of order, and we waited a long time before being seated. Although the food was good, the service was excruciatingly slow. I ordered a hot chocolate that took so long to arrive that I almost canceled it. The waitress did apologize, but we were relieved to leave once we paid the bill. This was disappointing compared to our previous visits.
